ICS in the New York Times

Ravi Sandhu, executive director of the Institute for Cyber Security, and Dwayne Williams, associate director of special projects at ICS, were covered in an article for the New York Times. The article covers the San Antonio involvement in Cyberwarfare, and discusses the Institute and, our "Dark Screen" exercise for different municipalities across the country, and the Air Force 24th Command.
